Please allow 4-5 business days for processing all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping domestic. *We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, please open an investigation with the carrier. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
All sales are final. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
